Refund and Returns Policy

We appreciate you for shopping at Luxdesert. As for the company goals, we make an effort to offer the best quality shoes and make our clients satisfied with our products and services. We have provided information on how you may return the ordered product and get your money back if by any chance you are not fully satisfied with your order.

Returns and refunds are accepted in the cases below

  • You will have 30 days from the date of receipt of the item to make a return
  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product arrives shattered.
  • The product design is not the same as the one you ordered.
  • The product size differs from what you ordered.
  • The product material differs from what you ordered.
  • The product you ordered is not the one you received.
  • The product differs from how it was described in the original.

Returns

In compliance with the law on consumer rights, your item has to be unused and not in a condition that shows it was used before. Receiving the item must be in its manufacturers packaging. Proof of purchase, in this case, can be the receipt of the product that you are complaining about.

  1. Customers send a return request to email: contact@luxdesert.com with subject “Return Request” and provide us with the order number + Faulty image on the product. We shall send you an email with return labels that you can use. Kindly download and make print of these labels so that it will help in the return shipment.
  2. Customers need to pack the returned product and send it to us at 1081 Fair St SW, Atlanta, GA 30314, USA with the recipient’s name: Luxdesert Return.

Depending on the circumstances, additional instructions will be provided.

If you do not have our email confirming the eligibility of your return request, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds

As soon as we get your item we will examine it and inform you of the fact that we have received back from you the returned merchandise. After the reception of the item and validation, we shall promptly notify you about the progress of the refund. Refund processing can take up to 2 business days from the time we receive your return.

In the event that your return is accepted, you will be advised on the procedure for the return of the amount to your credit card or the original means of payment. You will fully receive the credit in 5 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, your refund may take some time to be officially posted.

If you’ve done everything else and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us right away at contact@luxdesert.com. Please be patient and respond within 2~3 business days.

Exchanges

No support. When a customer places an order, they will be asked to confirm all of the details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, and so on.

Return cost

For defective products, there will be no charge for the customer to return the item.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee for returns.
