No, you can check out online as a guest, but you will miss out on the benefits of becoming a member.

Please verify in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails that the item was ordered and shipped. If there is a delay, it should be mentioned in one or both of these emails. Additionally, you can check your shipping confirmation email to see if multiple packages are being shipped. If you do not see a separate shipping date for the item, please contact us via email at contact@luxdesert.com or reach out to us directly.

Most orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business day (Monday-Friday)

For shipping, we utilize reliable carriers such as USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Once your order is dispatched and a tracking number is available, we will email you a link to track your package. Please reach out to us promptly if you need to cancel or modify your online order. We might be able to cancel or change it if it hasn't been processed yet. Please get in touch with us.

We apply a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 per order for both USA and international deliveries.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, once your order has shipped, If you never received a shipping confirmation email or deleted it, please contact us  Monday-Friday 9am–5pm CST, so we can provide you with the tracking information.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
